LEVELS OF CARE

Evaluation & Assessment

Our comprehensive intake assessment gets at the root of behavior, uncovers hidden issues and ensures an accurate diagnosis. The evaluation encompasses medical history, substance use patterns, physical and mental health, personality testing and genetic testing. The information is used to recommend an individualized treatment plan incorporating the most effective medical, psychiatric and therapeutic strategies for each patient.

Partial Hospitalization

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Chicago combines the rigor of residential substance abuse treatment, while allowing patients the flexibility of returning home at night.

Intensive Outpatient Program

With day and evening hours available, the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers substance abuse treatment in a comfortable and convenient location.
