Natalie Donovan, MA
Natalie is an Associate Therapist at PSI, where she provides individual and group therapy for working professionals experiencing substance use disorders. Her clinical approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy with psychodynamic principles to help clients better understand the emotional, relational, and protective patterns underlying addiction. Natalie works collaboratively with clients to explore internal conflict, attachment dynamics, shame, and coping strategies while fostering greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and sustainable recovery.
Natalie holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration from Western Michigan University. In addition to her clinical work, she is a Chicago-based flight attendant, which informs her interest in occupational stress, professional identity, burnout, and recovery among working professionals.
