Stephanie, MA, LPC,
earned her B.A. in economics from the University of Maryland and her M.A. in counseling from Northwestern University. She has received clinical training at both the Alexian Brothers Center for Mental Health, in their partial hospitalization program, and at the Family Institute at Northwestern. Stephanie previously served as the lead therapist and clinical research coordinator for a smoking cessation trial at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine for smokers with major depressive disorder. Prior to beginning her clinical training, she worked in both consulting and research settings focusing on a variety of issues, including disability compensation at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Stephanie is also currently a clinical fellow in a group practice setting, where she has a particular interest in working with trauma and mind-body therapies.
