Multidisciplinary Comprehensive Assessment Program (MCAP) Now Offered in Virtual Live Format

These unprecedented times demand changes that protect clients and staff of behavioral health facilities, and MCAP of Chicago has presently employed the following changes.

Prospective participants for MCAP of Chicago now have the availability to complete the multidisciplinary comprehensive assessment program (MCAP), or fitness for duty evaluations, via virtual assessment systems. Under the present circumstances regarding COVID-19, and following the CDC guidelines, MCAP of Chicago is offering clients a virtual live format in instances when travel is contraindicated.

For those individuals that are able to participate in person, we are employing the CDC guidelines, such as interactions with staff trained in COVID-19 protocol, appropriate distancing and frequent hand washing, frequently disinfected common areas, and mostly one on one interactions. If there are small group interactions, the groups are less than 10. In addition, MCAP of Chicago is located on the campus of Northwestern University Medical Center that is employing the same safety measures, and has the capacity to test and treat individuals with COVID-19.

The staff at MCAP of Chicago hope to continue to serve you as an essential facility dedicated to the well-being of all our participants.

Our intake department can be reached at any time: 855-274-4278

It is important to know we DO NOT have any reports of confirmed exposures within the PSI community. Should there be an impact to our patients or families, PSI will send out communications to patients, families and employees as soon as possible.
