The Positive Sobriety Institute welcomes referrals from physicians and other sources for the care and treatment of individuals who are struggling with alcohol, drugs, pain medication abuse, and co-occurring disorders. At The Positive Sobriety Institute, providing prompt communication and collaborating with our clients’ referring sources is among our top priorities.
After completing our online referral form, the Positive Sobriety Institute will contact you to have the patient’s medical records transferred and confirm details of the patient’s situation. The Positive Sobriety Institute’s intake team will then contact the patient to schedule an evaluation.
